Oatmeal Honey Sugar Scrub
Another great do it yourself beauty product to make out of honey is a sugar scrub. Sugar scrub is super easy to make, and the ingredients are pretty interchangeable. The final product smells amazing and is great for you or to give a s gift.
What you will need
1 3/4 cup lightly packed brown sugar or white sugar
1/4 cup oil of your choice. I have used olive, coconut, almond, or mixed vitamin e with apricot kernel oil
1 cup raw oatmeal
1 cup raw honey
Essential oils of choice. I personally love vanilla
Clean container to store scrub when finished. I purchased containers from Amazon bit a mason jar would work too
Put all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until well combined. I usually will use my Kichenaid to make it super easy and fast.
Put the scrub in containers.
That’s it. It comes together simply and is a great way to pamper yourself.
