Honey Cinnamon Ice Cream
This ice cream is so simple, and very delicious. You can completely take sugar out of the recipe and use the honey only as a sweetener. You do need an ice cream maker. I have a small Cuisenart one that makes the perfect amount for our family of four to have a couple of scoops.
1 Cup heavy cream
2 cups 2% or whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt
¼ cup sugar (optional)
½ cup raw honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon allspice
Blend all ingredients and pour into ice cream maker. Make ice cream according to manufacturers directions. Enjoy!!!
